GE Connection started in 2014 as two engineers looking after a handful of design studios in East London. Today we support offices, clinics, charities and professional practices across London and the South East, but we have deliberately stayed small enough that clients know the people they are talking to.
Every client gets a named engineer who knows their setup. We document everything we touch, so nothing depends on one person's memory, and we write our reports in plain English rather than jargon.
We won't lock you into long contracts, sell you hardware you don't need, or hold your passwords hostage if you decide to leave. If it's time to move on, we hand everything over cleanly.
Our engineers hold Microsoft 365, Cisco and CompTIA certifications, and we follow the NCSC's small business guidance as the baseline for every client we onboard.
